ALCS Preview

Thursday

Instead of giving the same previews that everyone else has already written, I’ve decided just to link to a few of my favorite bloggers that have posted quality breakdowns of the American League Championship Series.

It’s hard to say anyone is better than the Boston Red Sox right now. Aside from having one of the best playoff pitchers there is in Josh Beckett, they are also clicking on offense. They’ll face two of the American League’s best in Sabathia and Carmona, but I like their chances.

That said, it should still be a pretty close series, probably even headed to game three so it will be interesting to see how Daisuke handles the pressure that will be on him.

Prediction: Boston in six

The Red Sox look like they are sitting pretty good. The rest of the post-season should be fun to watch.
