NLCS Preview

Instead of giving the same previews that everyone else has already written, I’ve decided just to link to a few of my favorite bloggers that have posted quality breakdowns of the National League Championship Series.

The NLCS begins Thursday in Arizona with Brandon Webb taking the hill against the team he has pitched worst against this season. Colorado had scored at least five runs five times over the last two seasons against the Diamondbacks’ ace. Of course, he is the only pitcher to beat the Rockies in nearly a month.

I think Webb will pitch well in game one, but the Rockies will wind up winning the series.

Prediction: Colorado in six
